Not a medical device
QuestWell offers general self-care exercises, mood check-ins and a game that grows as you practice. It does not give personal advice about your health. Using it does not create a relationship with a doctor, counselor or any other professional.
Not an emergency service
If you are in danger, or might harm yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number now. QuestWell cannot see what you write or respond to you. The Lighthouse lists crisis lines, but we do not run them. Find help now.
Self-checks
Season Review uses the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, two widely used self-check questionnaires. These are self-checks, not a diagnosis. A doctor or counselor can help you make sense of them.
Research and results
The quests draw on techniques that have been studied in psychology research, such as behavioral activation, self-compassion and slow breathing. That research looks at groups of people. It cannot promise how any one exercise will feel for you, and QuestWell itself has not been tested in a clinical trial.
Go at your own pace
- Skip, pause or stop any quest at any time, without losing anything.
- Ladders are for everyday situations you avoid. They are not for painful memories. Stop a step if it feels like too much.
- If an exercise brings up strong feelings, try Steady, or talk to someone you trust or a professional.
