Export and delete your data

QuestWell has no accounts and keeps your entries only on your phone. You can take them with you or remove them at any time, right in the app.

Export everything

  1. Open QuestWell and go to You > Settings.
  2. Tap Export my data.
  3. Choose where to save or send the file. It is one JSON file with all your entries. The temporary copy is removed afterwards.

Delete everything

  1. Go to You > Settings.
  2. Tap Delete everything and confirm twice.
  3. QuestWell removes every entry and the encryption key, resets the anonymous usage ID, and returns to setup.

Uninstalling QuestWell also removes everything from your phone.

Anonymous usage counts

To stop them, turn off Share anonymous usage stats in Settings. This also resets the anonymous ID. They never include what you write or how you feel.

What we hold

We hold none of your entries, so there is nothing to request or delete on our side. Questions about the anonymous usage counts kept by Google Analytics are welcome through our contact page. Read the privacy policy for details.
