Buying the lifetime unlock
- Google Play handles the payment. We never see your card details.
- The price is shown in Google Play, in your currency, before you pay.
- The unlock includes every future feature of QuestWell.
Asking for a refund
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually ask for a refund straight from Google Play. See Google Play's refund help.
- After 48 hours, contact us with your Google Play order number. It starts with GPA. We look at every request fairly, in line with Google Play's policies and the law where you live.
- Your consumer rights where you live always apply, including any right to a refund that the law gives you.
A new phone or a reinstall
The unlock belongs to the Google account you bought it with. QuestWell brings it back on its own when you sign in to Google Play with that account. You can also tap Settings > Restore purchase. Your entries are not restored, because they never leave your old phone. To move them, see export and delete your data.
